The Role:
What You'll Do As a Mitigation Technician, you are first on site when disaster strikes—fires, floods, and more. You lead the effort to stabilize and restore properties while helping customers through difficult moments.
You will:
Respond to emergency situations and begin mitigation efforts Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-ups, mold remediation, and cleaning services Communicate clearly with customers and show empathy during high-stress situations Work closely with your team to complete projects efficiently and safely Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job sites to company standards What It Takes to Succeed Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to stay calm, move quickly, and problem-solve in urgent situations Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights/weekends/on-call Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly Valid driver's license with a clean record Restoration experience is a plus—but we will train the right person What You Get Paid training and monthly cross-training opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Performance-based bonus program Referral program Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance A strong, supportive team culture Why This Role Matters This is not a typical job.
