Job Summary:

nfrastrcutre Delivery Lead with a strong infrastructure background who can drive remediation and process improvement efforts.

Required Skills:

Infrastructure project management experience Strong knowledge of ServiceNow (especially Change, Incident, Problem Management, and asset/inventory tracking) Experience with Jira and Confluence Understanding of vulnerability management, including CVEs, infrastructure aging, software lifecycle, and remediation tracking Ability to connect remediation efforts to infrastructure asset inventories Comfortable working in a Microsoft 365 environment, leveraging Copilot and AI-driven automation to replace manual processes Highly analytical, organized, and process-oriented Someone who embraces AI and automation to improve operational efficiency About Matlen Silver Experience Matters.
