In this vital role, you will lead a team of technicians in responding to property damage caused by water, fire, mold, and other disasters. Your expertise will ensure efficient mitigation processes, uphold safety standards, and deliver exceptional service to our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact by restoring properties and helping communities recover from challenging situations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about the restoration industry. Duties Lead and supervise mitigation projects involving water damage, fire restoration, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and other disaster recovery services Coordinate with clients and team members to develop effective mitigation strategies Oversee the use of hand tools and power tools for cleaning, demolition, and restoration tasks Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards Train and mentor junior technicians in proper mitigation techniques and equipment operation Manage project timelines, materials, and documentation to ensure timely completion of jobs Perform quality control inspections to guarantee high standards of work throughout each project Skills Extensive experience in the restoration industry with a focus on mitigation services Proficiency in cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials Knowledge of fire restoration, water damage restoration, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and general construction practices Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Strong understanding of carpet cleaning methods and equipment usage Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team under pressure Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and external partners Join us as a Lead Mitigation Technician to lead impactful projects that restore homes and businesses while advancing your career in the thriving restoration industry!
