In this pivotal role, you will oversee and coordinate mitigation projects involving water damage, fire restoration, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and other restoration services. Your leadership will ensure that each project is executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about restoring properties and helping clients recover from challenging situations with confidence and professionalism. Responsibilities Lead mitigation projects from start to finish, including water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and cleaning services. Supervise and train field technicians in the proper use of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment to ensure safety and efficiency. Assess job sites thoroughly to determine scope of work, required materials, and appropriate mitigation techniques. Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members to communicate project progress and expectations clearly. Ensure all mitigation activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver timely results without compromising quality. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including inspection reports, safety logs, and completion records. Requirements Proven experience in the restoration industry with a strong background in mitigation services such as water damage restoration, fire damage repair, mold remediation, or asbestos abatement. Hands-on skills with hand tools, power tools, carpet cleaning equipment, and construction materials. Knowledge of cleaning techniques relevant to restoration projects and familiarity with fire and water damage repair processes. Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a focus on safety protocols and quality standards. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members throughout each project phase. Valid certifications or training in mold remediation, asbestos abatement, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory. Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined or challenging environments.
