ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER
in
GARLAND, TEXAS
to Develop, implement, and monitor environmental management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Identify and evaluate opportunities for waste reduction, energy efficiency, and sustainable resource utilization across Future Foams operations. Conduct advanced research to develop sustainable practices and integrate environmental considerations into Future Foam's manufacturing processes. Lead and manage international projects focused on environmental performance improvement, ensuring alignment with global sustainability standards. Develop and implement Cleaner Production Programs and Environmental Management Systems to enhance operational efficiency and reduce environmental impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and sustainability in product development and manufacturing. Conduct environmental assessments and audits to ensure adherence to environmental standards and policies. Provide training and mentorship to internal teams on environmental best practices and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Represent Future Foam at industry conferences and symposia, sharing insights and fostering partnerships with global stakeholders. Stay updated on global environmental regulations, trends, and technologies relevant to the polyurethane foam manufacturing industry.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors in Environmental Engineering or related field of study AND 24 months experience as Environmental Engineer or related position. Foreign degree or diploma equivalent to US Bachelors degree accepted.
