Salary:

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance and control efforts across our custom-engineered equipment projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring our products meet customer specifications, industry standards, and internal quality expectations-from fabrication through final testing. You'll be responsible for: Developing and maintaining QA/QC processes and standards Supporting inspections, testing, and product validation Partnering with internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliance Driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and quality systems ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Collaborate with engineering, operations, purchasing, and customer teams to ensure products meet quality, delivery, and performance expectations Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and quality methodologies Support and maintain the company's

Quality Management System Develop and manage inspection plans, welding procedures, and NDE requirements based on project specifications Oversee quality inspections of fabricated equipment, including skids, piping, and structural steel Work with suppliers to define, implement, and audit quality standards Manage product inspection, testing, and release processes to ensure compliance with design requirements Investigate quality issues using root cause analysis (RCA, 5 Whys) and drive corrective actions Interface with customers, auditors, and third-party inspectors to ensure quality expectations are met Support product testing and validation in collaboration with the design team ________________________________________ What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within industrial or custom equipment manufacturing Experience working with structural steel, piping systems, or fabricated equipment Familiarity with
