Position:
Construction Tech III (Project Lead) Our Demo Construction Tech III position is critical role designed to prepare employees for advancement into the Construction Tech IV (Project Manager) position with our company. This position is for people with a field project management background who have successfully led projects from start to finish. Tech III positions receive structured training and hands-on instruction to develop the skills required to progress into a project manager position. This role requires hands-on field construction work and overseeing Tech II and Tech I construction team members.
Responsibilities:
Perform demolition, cleaning, and site prep tasks for restoration projects Set up and maintain containment barriers, air scrubbers, and negative air systems Assist with mold, odor, fire, water mitigation and remediation Load and unload materials and equipment Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times Maintain company equipment and vehicles in good condition Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members Communicate daily with clients Ensure team onsite is OSHA compliant, safe, and performing quality work for our clients Manage team members on job sites to meet timelines and performance requirements Set a positive example of leadership and communication to team Lead teams and projects for success
Position Requirements:
Previous experience in demolition, construction, or restoration is required Previous experience leading a team is required Previous experience leading successful construction/demo/restoration projects is required Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for long periods Comfortable working in tight or elevated spaces and variable weather conditions Able and willing to work in attics and crawlspaces Must pass a medical evaluation for full face respirator use Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation required Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork mindset IICRC, OSHA, or other safety certifications are a plus Clean background & driving record Must pass (non-thc) drug test and background check This is a leadership role Why You'll Love Working Here At Biodynamic, you're not just another laborer, you're part of a crew that takes pride in doing things the right way.
