Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Technician to join our team in the restoration industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in various restoration processes, including mold remediation, water damage restoration, and fire restoration. As a Lead Technician, you will oversee projects, ensuring that all work is performed safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Duties Supervise and coordinate restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Perform mold remediation tasks as required, utilizing appropriate techniques and equipment. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to restore properties affected by water damage or fire incidents. Conduct thorough assessments of damaged areas to determine the best restoration methods. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. Maintain an organized work environment and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns. Experience Proven experience in the restoration industry, specifically in mold remediation, fire restoration, and water damage restoration. Proficient in using both power tools and hand tools related to restoration tasks. Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations within the industry. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and make informed decisions. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
