In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing flare systems and combustion equipment critical to our operations. Your expertise will ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant combustion processes across our facilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and leadership abilities in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment dedicated to operational excellence. Duties Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on flare systems, burners, and combustion equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes quickly. Conduct flare and combustion systems integral to combustion processes. Interpret technical schematics and diagrams to facilitate accurate repairs and system modifications. Lead maintenance activities by coordinating with team members and contractors to minimize downtime and maximize safety. Monitor emissions and combustion efficiency to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Document all maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and system modifications thoroughly for record-keeping and compliance audits. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in oilfield flaring and combustion systems. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately. Hands-on experience with equipment repair, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting in construction or industrial settings. Familiarity with flare systems, burners, combustion controls, and related safety protocols. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide team members during maintenance activities. Knowledge of environmental regulations related to emissions monitoring and combustion safety standards.
