Key responsibilities you'll embrace include: Conducting physical demands and ergonomic risk analyses for diverse industries and work environments. Utilizing ergonomic assessment tools and digital human modeling software to perform in-depth analyses and generate detailed client reports. Identifying, prioritizing, and recommending effective solutions to mitigate ergonomic risks. Leading specific project teams and contributing to the development of ergonomic standards and specifications. Engaging closely with clients to communicate findings and drive continuous improvement in workplace ergonomics. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in industrial ergonomics, preferably within manufacturing or related sectors. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Kinesiology, Industrial Engineering, Human Factors, Movement Science, Occupational Biomechanics, Ergonomics, or a related discipline. Certifications such as Associate Ergonomics Professional (AEP), Associate Ergonomist (AE), or Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) are a plus. Strong communication skills with experience in client-facing roles, presentations, and professional documentation. Proficiency in ergonomic analysis tools including NIOSH guidelines, Liberty Mutual Tables, ACGIH HAL-TLV, RULA, REBA, and Digital Human Modeling software. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, independently and collaboratively. Willingness to travel up to 50%, primarily within the U.S., with potential for global assignments.
Additional information:
Work environments include both office settings and manufacturing plant floors. Flexibility to work outside of typical office hours as project needs arise. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
