Human Factors Specialist:

Supports usability testing, field research, individual interviews, and group interviews. Prepares research and usability testing materials, and records detailed, real-time notes for subsequent analysis. Analyzes quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate client user interface designs. Assists with developing key HFE deliverables and ensuring that they meet internal quality standards. Assists with client presentations to review testing results and provide solutions to identified improvement areas. Coordinates and oversees the recruitment of research and usability test participants. Supports the preparation of Investigational Review Board submissions. Prepares laboratory for usability testing. Reads and follows the UL Solutions Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices. Performs other duties as directed. #LI-Hybrid #

years of experience as a human factors specialist, engineer, or related position. University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor's degree) in Human Factors Engineering or a related discipline. Ability to collaborate effectively and productively with team members and clients globally. Ability to communicate and present effectively. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.

Total Rewards:

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career . The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country.
