- Your Role and Impact
- As a consultant, you will operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across all systems, demonstrating your technical prowess in areas such as Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, and Central Utility Plant Operations. Your contributions will be critical in solving client challenges and ensuring optimal performance of their facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and Control systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe workplace.
- Monitor and enhance the quality and cost-effectiveness of maintenance work.
- Collaborate with clients to propose innovative solutions to safety hazards and operational inefficiencies.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent with 0-2 years of experience.
- Expertise in maintaining commercial building systems.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve system malfunctions.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications like Word and Excel.
