You will be the Facilities Engineer for the Facilities Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for equipment maintenance, facility modifications, and project delivery. What You Will Be Doing As the Facilities Engineer you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing all phases of equipment and machinery maintenance, facilities modification, and building projects from concept through implementation. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Plan, direct, and manage all phases of equipment and machinery maintenance projects. Lead facilities modifications and building projects from concept through implementation. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and track financial terms. Coordinate project reviews of cost, schedule, and technical performance. Identify problems and develop resource-allocation or scope-change solutions. - Proficient in communication and coordination between Program Leadership and Contractors.

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for thisPosition:
