You will be the Facilities Engineer Associate for the Facilities Engineering team. Our team is responsible for planning, maintaining, and executing the transformation of Lockheed Martin's physical assets to support mission‑critical operations. What You Will Be Doing As the Facilities Engineer Associate you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of our facilities, ensuring they remain resilient and ready for mission‑critical tasks. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Developing and executing maintenance plans for all physical assets. Coordinating transformation projects that enhance operational capability. Monitoring facility performance and implementing continuous‑improvement initiatives. Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support mission‑critical operations. Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in engineering or related experience.
- Facilities engineering experience
- Proficient in communication and coordination between Program Leadership and Contractors.

- Project Management experience
- Experience working in a production environment

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for thisPosition:
