Responsibilities:
Oversee field operations for mechanical piping systems on commercial projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution Manage piping installation, coordination with HVAC/plumbing teams, and integration with overall project deliverables Provide leadership to foremen, crews, and subcontractors while maintaining strict safety standards Implement value-engineering solutions, field engineering, and process improvements Conduct regular site inspections, progress monitoring, and issue resolution Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and design teams in a design-build environment Ensure compliance with codes, specifications, and company quality benchmarks Mentor and develop field personnel for optimal performance and retentionQualifications:
Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar leadership role in mechanical/piping construction Robust hands-on piping experience (process piping, plumbing systems) in commercial or industrial settings Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems Demonstrated success managing crews, schedules, and budgets on multi-trade projects Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, solutions-oriented environment Relevant trade certifications and/or journeyman-level background preferred A bit about us:- A dynamic leader in commercial mechanical contracting focused on HVAC, plumbing, process piping, and design-build delivery.
