$185K to $200

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Hands on running, operating, maintaining and troubleshooting semiconductor equipment and systems such as HVAC systems, UHP gas/chemical systems, and water systems. Develop process designs and set up parameters. Collaborate with electrical and process engineers to integrate mechanical systems with overall equipment integration/changeouts. Monitor and evaluate building systems for performance and efficiency. Coordinate with contractors and service providers for specialized tasks. Conduct facility inspections to identify issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and industry standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Facilities Management. 5+ years experience in semiconductor facilities operations and equipment maintenance. Experience with CAD/Solidworks and facilities design. Experience managing teams and/or projects. Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom requirements. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferences:
Hands-on experience with semiconductor fabrication equipment and cleanroom protocols.
