Job Description

Summer 2026 Engineering/Maintenance Intern Dairy Farmers of America United States, California, Turlock Apr 23, 2026 Primary Duties /
Responsibilities:
Train with the maintenance planner and mechanics to become familiar with the basic plant operations for a cheese and whey plant. Support the improvement of maintenance workstream involving SAP maintenance enhancements Review equipment PM's and spare parts inventory Write and revise Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. Other maintenance and/or engineering duties or projects as assigned.
Educational Requirements:
Junior or Senior (ex. Soph., Junior)
Desired Degree Focus:
Engineering Dates of Internship (standard is mid/late- May through early/mid-August, please specify if different): May - August (negotiable) An Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
