Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of production equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues. Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime. Install, set up, and commission new equipment. Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records. Monitor equipment condition and proactively identify potential failures. Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and consumable materials. Coordinate with external service providers and contractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturing standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance and repair. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, pneumatics, and basic automation. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals. Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience working with packaging, filling, conveyor, or similar production equipment. Working proficiency in English. Authorization to work in the United States. Russian language proficiency is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or dietary supplement industry. Experience working with PLC controllers. Welding and metal fabrication skills. OSHA certification or equivalent technical training. Russian language proficiency is preferred.
Pay:
$28.85 - $36.06 per hour
