Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Commercial HVAC Service Manager to lead our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) service operations within a dynamic facilities management environment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC maintenance and repair projects, ensuring optimal system performance across commercial and industrial facilities. Your leadership will drive team excellence, uphold safety standards, and deliver exceptional service to clients. Duties Lead and supervise a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring efficient scheduling, task delegation, and performance management. Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air handlers, and ventilation units. Manage service contracts and coordinate scheduled preventive maintenance to maximize system uptime and efficiency. Utilize schematics, electrical diagrams, and control system documentation to diagnose issues accurately. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to high voltage and low voltage electrical systems, including the proper use of tools such as ohmmeters. Collaborate with clients to assess their facilities' needs, develop tailored maintenance plans, and provide technical guidance on HVAC system upgrades or modifications. Experience Proven management experience supervising HVAC service teams within commercial or industrial settings. Extensive mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems—including chillers, boilers, ventilation equipment—and electrical experience related to high voltage and low voltage systems. Demonstrated project management skills in coordinating multiple service projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. Excellent leadership abilities combined with strong communication skills in English—both verbal and written—to effectively lead teams and liaise with clients. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
