This is a field-based role requiring versatility and hands-on expertise.

Responsibilities:

Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Perform major repairs (compressor, piping, and condenser replacements) Troubleshoot and maintain building automation systems Manage company vehicle and travel between sites Ensure safety protocols and compliance with all regulations What You Bring 4+ years of experience in building systems maintenance EPA Universal Certification Valid driver's license Strong communication skills and attention to safety Work Schedule Monday to Friday, with some weekend/on-call coverage Ability to drive 4-5 hours daily and work independently
