As an HVAC/R Workforce Development Instructor at Lincoln Tech's East Windsor campus, you'll blend classroom theory with hands-on lab coaching to launch students into rewarding HVAC careers. What a typical day looks like Guide learners through accredited HVAC technologies, translating complex concepts into clear, practical lessons. Lead immersive labs in a fully outfitted training facility using industry-standard equipment. Create a supportive, engaging environment that sparks curiosity and growth. Track progress, coach for improvement, and celebrate milestones. Design lesson plans aligned to current industry standards and certifications. Stay sharp on new HVAC tools, systems, and best practices. Collaborate with faculty to refine and elevate program outcomes. Equip students to sit for certification exams and succeed on the job. What you bring 3+ years of professional HVAC technician experience. S1 or S2 license, or eligibility to obtain the S license. High school diploma or GED. Clear, confident communication and strong people skills. Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage learners. A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring.
