Wallingford, CT Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced professional with 3-5 years of experience to support initiatives aimed at reducing costs associated with Direct Telecom expenses and optimizing call routing within the region. The role involves developing monthly interconnect implementation plans to support macro, small cell, CRAN, 5G, VRAN, and Small Cell C-Band build targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting initiatives to reduce the cost associated with Direct Telecom expenses and optimize call routing within the region. Developing a monthly interconnect implementation plan that supports macro, small cell, CRAN, 5G, VRAN, Small Cell C-Band build targets. Working closely with all groups within the Network team including RF Design, Real Estate, Construction, Operations, Facilities, System Performance, and the Area Planning team. Managing vendors to meet targeted network milestones and turn-up dates. Managing projects of new technologies/services in the region related to cell site engineering and operations. Interfacing constantly with higher levels of the management team across various organizations as part of the process of managing all facets of large, complex infrastructure deployments. Managing budgets, procurement, and completing project management ensuring objectives are met in accordance with stated timelines.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Strong project management skills and experience with managing vendors. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to manage budgets and procurement processes. Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
