About the Position This is a field-based, outside sales role focused on building relationships and generating new business within the commercial sector (B2B). We're looking for a driven HVAC Project Sales professional to support the growth of our commercial division. In this role, you'll sell comprehensive HVAC solutions, including design-build projects, system replacements, retrofits, and energy-efficient upgrades. You'll partner with clients to understand their operational needs and recommend solutions that enhance comfort, performance, and long-term efficiency. Primary Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, contractors, and key stakeholders Identify and pursue opportunities for system upgrades, replacements, and new installations Create and deliver detailed proposals outlining scope, pricing, and project timelines Coordinate with engineering and project management teams to ensure smooth execution of awarded jobs Stay informed on industry developments, including energy standards and emerging HVAC technologies Meet or exceed established sales goals and contribute to overall revenue growth Qualifications Demonstrated success in HVAC sales, project sales, or a related technical sales environment Working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, applications, and equipment Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with a strong commission plan and performance incentives Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and company holidays Continued training and professional growth opportunities
