Description Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and service calls with a positive, solution-oriented attitude Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations Support pool, beach, and outdoor facility maintenance to ensure a high-quality resort experience Maintain proper records of work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment servicing Ensure compliance with all safety standards, brand requirements, and local regulations Assist with special projects, renovations, and emergency repairs as needed Qualifications Previous experience in hotel engineering or facility maintenance preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance practices Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required in a resort environment What We Offer Opportunity to be part of a new, lifestyle-driven Marriott Tribute Portfolio resort Dynamic and collaborative work environment Growth and development opportunities within Marriott and Crescent Hotels & Resorts Competitive compensation and benefits If you take pride in maintaining beautiful spaces and enjoy being part of a team that delivers memorable guest experiences, we'd love to have you join The Luce Hotel.
