  • The Impact You'll Make
  • You will play a key role in keeping our manufacturing operations running safely, reliably, and efficiently.
By strengthening maintenance strategies and systems, you help protect production continuity and product quality for customers around the world. In this role, your work directly reduces downtime, extends equipment life, and supports smooth ramp‑up of new manufacturing technologies. Your impact is visible every day on the shop floor. You'll also be a driver of continuous improvement, turning data and hands‑on insight into smarter maintenance practices that support Danfoss' long‑term operational excellence.
  • What You'll Be Doing
  • + •Design and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies•to increase equipment availability and reduce unplanned downtime.

  • Plan, prepare, and schedule maintenance work
  • with clear work orders, tools, and spare parts to minimize production disruption. +
  • Analyze equipment failures and maintenance data
  • to identify root causes, improve MTBF/MTTR, and drive reliability improvements. +
  • Support new equipment projects
  • by defining maintenance requirements, participating in commissioning, and establishing maintenance plans. +
  • Manage maintenance systems and documentation
  • to ensure accurate data, standardized procedures, and strong PM compliance.
  • What We're Looking For
  • A •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering•, or equivalent technical background.
  • we value minimum 2 years of experience
  • in industrial maintenance (mechanical, electrical, or automation) within a manufacturing environment. Strong
  • troubleshooting skills
  • and hands‑on knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices. Experience working with
  • CMMS systems
  • for work orders, spare parts, and equipment history, plus solid Excel skills. Ability to
  • read technical drawings and schematics
  • and communicate clearly with technicians and management.
