Responsibilities Provides technical guidance and support in the areas of general maintenance of the physical plant, HVAC equipment, and all associated equipment., and the hospital's buildings and grounds. Qualifications
REQUIRED
Ten (10) years experience in facilities maintenance, HVAC installation / repair, or Power Plant Operations / Maintenance. Demonstrated ability in general areas of structural, mechanical, electrical, and minor hospital repair. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and understand minor construction estimating and material usage.
Work Hours:
7AM-3:30
PM Weekend Requirements:
