Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest and team member work orders and emergency requests related to non-functioning machinery or equipment Perform troubleshooting and repairs: Diagnose and address issues with equipment to maintain optimal functionality and prevent system failures Conduct preventive maintenance: Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks to extend equipment lifespan and ensure reliable performance Document maintenance activities: Record completed repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention Supervise and develop the team: Train, schedule, and supervise maintenance team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and performance Uphold regulatory standards: Monitor, maintain, and test Life Safety Systems in accordance with federal, state, local, and company standards
