ENGINEER - FACILITIES
The Engineer - Facilities is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the facility, as well as providing outstanding guest service to internal and external guests.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities on property. Basic knowledge of HVAC system, alarm system, and generators. Perform routine maintenance. Perform basic painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects relating to maintenance of the property. Maintaining, repairing, and replacing gaming table layouts with instructions provided by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, written and verbal communication skills. Requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain good driving record. Must have a professional demeanor and presence with the ability to interact with guests and team members in the Company. High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Two years of maintenance experience is preferred. Must possess excellent guest service skills to effectively deal with guests.
