We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial HVAC Outsales Sales Engineer with HVAC experience. Prepare HVAC plans, sketches, and drawings using CAD, and/or BlueBeam, estimating, propose, sells and manage awarded projects.Key Responsibilities:
Seeking a highly capable Commercial HVAC Outside Sales Engineer/Account Executive to lead tenant improvement (TI) Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector. Provide technical support and expertise to clients, ensuring the optimal selection and application of products. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure project requirements are met. Travel to client sites as needed within the Northwest region.Qualifications:
3+ years exsperience in Commercial HVAC TI, retrofits, or special projects. Engineer backgound (Mechanical Engineering preferred) Strong understanding of commercial airside products, boilers, beams, burners, pumps, venting solutions, and hydronics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel to various project sites. Microsoft windows,Microsoft words, (words, excel) AutoCAD and or Bluebeam (required) Ability to read and create constustion documents. HVAC load calculations and basic system design knowelge. REVIT exsperience is a plus Bachelor degree in Engineer is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Benefits:
