• As an HVAC Maintenance Engineer at our facility you will have the opportunity to be both an expert in your field and a caregiver, providing important services for our patients and staff.

In this role:

• + •You will perform winter-stop maintenance on control chilled water and refrigeration systems, centrifugal chillers, and related equipment.
• + •You will maintain air handlers and HVAC distribution systems and assist with refrigeration tasks, repairs, and maintenance on generator sets and power-related equipment, along with fire pump and engine-driven equipment.
• + •You will maintain temperature controls per factory or equipment specification and calibrate pneumatic and digital controls.
• + •You will install, replace, and modify HVAC equipment controls as necessary and evaluate the effectiveness of energy conservation projects.
