Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Design plumbing systems including calculations of water, gas, sanitary/sewer, and storm loads.
  • Develop contract drawings/designs from schematics through to construction documents.
  • Develop project specifications.
  • Perform site evaluations.
  • Handle construction administration responsibilities including reviewing submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Attend meetings with clients and project team meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in design preferred but not required.
  • 1-5 years of plumbing design experience, preferably for commercial, institutional, K-12, or healthcare projects.
  • Fire protection design experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD required.
Pay:
$60,000.00
