Culture & environment Benefits effective Day 1 Safety-driven culture Clean work environment Daily rhythm Start with a daily meeting to align on priorities, accelerate continuous improvement, and ensure progress toward productivity goals. Analyze downtime trends, identify premature failure modes, and track corrective actions to closure. Lead structured RCFA to eliminate recurrence and strengthen preventive measures. Evaluate PM program execution and effectiveness; close gaps with targeted updates. Design, develop, and implement equipment modifications that elevate reliability, efficiency, and quality yield. Coach and support maintenance teams to act proactively and solve problems at the root. Qualifications Education Associate degree with relevant education required Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred Experience 3+ years in Engineering or a similar technical field Technical strengths AC and DC variable speed drives Low and high voltage AC/DC circuits HVAC systems and regulatory compliance (plus) Fanuc robots and robotic cells (plus) PFMEA, RCFA, Pareto analysis, 5Y, %s, SPC, CMS, and standardized work instructions (plus) Professional skills Advanced/intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication Hands-on troubleshooting and analytical problem solving Proficiency with AutoCAD and Inventory 3D applications Expectations Regular and predictable attendance High collaboration—cooperate within teams to execute tasks and responsibilities Work beyond 40 hours per week may be required based on workload or projects, including weekends and holidays You're comfortable with Bachelor's Degree Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering HVAC/R Systems Electrical Troubleshooting Skills Troubleshooting Skills Electrical / Electronic Systems Electrical Schematic Reading Equipment Repair & Maintenance Engineering Degree Microsoft Excel Systems & machines you'll encounter HVAC Systems Refrigeration/Cooling Systems HMI Conveyor Systems Industrial Robot (Fanuc) Shaper
