Your Role:
Manufacturing Reliability & HVAC Engineer As a Manufacturing Reliability & HVAC Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and ownership of the site maintenance program to ensure equipment reliability and support current and future production objectives. You will serve as a key technical partner across Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and the HVAC team, driving reliability improvements, mechanical integrity, and maintenance excellence.
Your Responsibilities:
Own and drive the technical aspects of the maintenance and reliability program, including equipment criticality, maintenance strategy development, and lifecycle planning Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and HVAC teams to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant equipment performance Lead and perform reliability analyses including Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce equipment failures and improve asset performance Maintain and ensure integrity of CMMS data, including job plans, maintenance procedures, and spare parts strategies Provide oversight of mechanical integrity programs including pipe testing, inspections, and thickness monitoring for tanks, vessels, and piping Support HVAC systems reliability and compliance in partnership with site HVAC teams Drive continuous improvement by monitoring equipment performance, investigating issues, and implementing corrective engineering solutions Collaborate with planning and maintenance teams to define job scope, maintenance strategies, and post-maintenance requirements Stay current with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to enhance reliability practices What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
Required Experience:
Experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or manufacturing environments with responsibility for equipment reliability and maintenance programs
Top Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with working knowledge of CMMS systems, preventive and predictive maintenance techniques, and cross-functional collaboration What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred qualifications): Experience with SAP or other CMMS platforms Manufacturing or regulated industry experience (e.g., c
GMP / FDA
environments) HVAC engineering or support experience Experience with reliability methodologies such as RCFA, FMEA, and RCM Familiarity with mechanical integrity programs and inspection processes

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (flexibility required for evenings/weekends during outages)
