Overview The Facilities & Energy Analytical Engineer is a key member of the Global Engineering & Capital Project Management Department, supporting more than 2 million square feet of Class A life sciences manufacturing, R D laboratory, office, and amenity space, primarily in the Boston area. This role leads the Global Engineering Building Analytics Program, delivers analytical insights to support capital and operational projects, and advances energy efficiency and decarbonization initiatives across a global portfolio. Responsibilities Lead and manage the Global Engineering Building Analytics Program .Oversee relationships and performance of building analytics and automated fault detection vendors .Analyze enterprise-wide building systems performance data to identify opportunities for operational improvement, energy efficiency optimization, utility cost savings, and reliability enhancement .Provide data-driven insights to support project design, commissioning activities, and operational decision-makin gAssess and project the impact of energy efficiency and decarbonization projects on corporate emissions targets .Identify and pursue utility incentive opportunities, including managing the application and approval processes .Monitor and communicate location-specific energy efficiency measures, regulatory requirements, and decarbonization mandates .
