Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring minimal disruption Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies Assist in emergency repairs and troubleshooting as needed Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and special projects
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a maintenance engineer or similar role in the hospitality industry or a related field Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC, electrical) are preferred We offer a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and comprehensive benefits.
