Job Description

Secret RF/EW Systems Maintenance Engineer Job DescriptionThe EW/RF Systems Maintenance Engineer is responsible for post-production evaluation, testing, and validation of RF and EW systems, ensuring all equipment meets performance specifications and operational readiness standards.
Daily tasks include:
Evaluate gyrostabilizer systems to ensure stability, accuracy, and operational effectivenessConduct testing to confirm equipment meets all technical and quality criteria prior to deploymentReview and interpret technical manuals, engineering documentation, and system specifications to guide evaluation and troubleshooting effortsAnalyze design capabilities and identify performance variances across different product configurations and modelsDiagnose and troubleshoot system issues, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actionsDocument test results, discrepancies, and performance metrics in accordance with program and regulatory standardsSupport maintenance, repair, and calibration activities for RF and EW products as needed
Compensation:
$140,000 to $160,000 per year annual salary.
