As a Lead Mobile Building Engineer, you'll keep buildings running and teams moving across multiple customer contact sites in Bangor, Maine ensuring systems stay reliable, safe, and efficient. From HVAC to electrical, you'll be the go-to expert keeping operations smooth and clients satisfied. What you'll do: Lead all aspects of maintenance and repairs to the mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for the facility. Estimate time and materials for work orders and support preventive maintenance planning to keep building systems running at peak performance—while staying ready to tackle repairs and emergencies as they arise. Review inspections of building and industrial systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure the operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by the client. Coordinate compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and work safety. Operate company-issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities. Apply detailed understanding of standard principles and techniques/procedures to complete tasks and offer creative solutions. Mentor others and share in-depth knowledge of own job subject area and broad knowledge of several job fields within the function. Model behaviors that are consistent with the company's RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
