Midas Hospitality:

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Task Force Chief Engineer to oversee our maintenance department at hotels within the portfolio. This person will oversee all aspects of the hotel maintenance department including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and preventive maintenance program. This position does not need to be based in St. Louis, MO, but will need to travel to hotels across the country as needed.

What You Will Be Doing:

Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment. Diagnose problems or repair machines. Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment. Maintains a Preventative Maintenance Program within the rooms to ensure they are being kept up to standards on a quarterly basis and the proper documentation is being recorded. Responds to maintenance requests received from Front Desk or Housekeeping within 15 minutes (occupied rooms). Pool chemical testing Travel will be required.

The Ideal Candidate:

At least 2 years of facilities experience Experience in a management position Ability to travel to hotels as needed.
