- Full-time Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer to join our innovative manufacturing facility.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex machinery and systems to ensure seamless production operations. Your expertise will help drive efficiency, safety, and reliability across our manufacturing processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the success of our manufacturing excellence. Duties Carryout continuous improvement projects and take preventive actions to achieve Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost targets of the organization. Conduct training to operators and manufacturing leads on operation, quality inspection, and repair methods. Must be able to work extended hours and rotate shifts when required. Be able to supervise maintenance technicians and / or machinists. Travel occasionally (domestic and international) for business trips. Analyze and resolve downtime issues Coordinate line balancing projects with Engineering, Kaizen, and Assembly Assist Assembly Manager with development of operator training methods Support change-over reduction/improvement activities Develop and support cost-reduction efforts Develop poke yoke methods Must be able to understand PLC / robot programs for automation Understand Unipres Engineering Standard (UES) and standardize local operations per the standard. Lead new model launches from process set up to mass production Estimate cost for new tooling, equipment, and check fixtures. Develop supplier & manufacturer network. Purchase spare parts. Create standard work instructions and procedures Root cause analysis and responsible to fill countermeasure documents such as 8D, 5 why's, and other internal documents. Experience Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility with a strong background in industrial maintenance or mechanical systems. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and electrical troubleshooting in an industrial setting. Demonstrated ability to use precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters for diagnostics. Strong analysis skills for diagnosing complex equipment issues quickly and accurately. Experience supporting field service operations or working within a manufacturing environment is advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English are essential for effective collaboration across teams and departments.
