Job Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive reliability and safety initiatives to keep factories running efficiently. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to implement engineered solutions, assess capital expenditure ROI, and promote precision maintenance and predictive technologies. You'll apply RCA, FMEA, and reliability tools to prevent failures and improve throughput, contributing to ATS's reliability-centered maintenance culture. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to lead improvements and influence KPIs.

  • Partner with internal/external customers for engineered reliability solutions
  • Identify capital expenditure opportunities and communicate ROI
  • Support precision reliability culture using standard tools and practices
  • Collaborate on reliability-centered maintenance plans (ESMP)
  • Use predictive, preventive, and precision maintenance technologies to mitigate risks
  • Perform Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA) with peers
  • Understand Work Execution Management (WEM) and reliability strategy improvements
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Bad Actor, and Fault Tree Analysis
  • Communicate alignment of ATS/Customer KPIs to leadership Tasks
  • Bachelor's in Engineering (ABET accredited) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of one year of reliability experience
  • Ability to use reliability tool sets
  • Experience in RCA
  • Involvement with
RCM & FMEA
  • Master Level Proficiency in Predictive Technology
  • Vibration I Certification
  • Machine Health Monitoring Intermediate Proficiency
  • Experience with Work Execution Management
  • Technical understanding of electrical or mechanical components/tools/designs
  • Ability to perform FMEA, cause/effect diagrams, life-cycle costing, and risk analysis
  • Ability to research/apply new equipment technology/trends
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with maintenance systems and MS Office
  • Intermediate verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Strong reporting and technical writing capability
  • Ability to build/maintain positive professional relationships Key requirements
