As a Hospital Facilities Engineer, join a healthcare organization known for a mission-first, patient-centered culture, strong clinical outcomes, and trusted community reputation; expect high-acuity exposure that accelerates skill growth, modern data and analytics that inform smarter decisions, innovation-forward leadership piloting hospital-at-home and telehealth models, streamlined workflows with clinician-friendly tools, and an award-caliber workplace environment that invests in wellbeing, mental health resources, and staffing support for sustainable careers.

The Plant and Facility Operations department—synonymous with Plant Management and Building Operations—relies on a Hospital Facilities Engineer to safeguard a 25-bed footprint that delivers full-spectrum services; this hospital is a not-for-profit, community-governed institution offering comprehensive care with 24/7 emergency services, orthopedics, women's health, and rehabilitation; the organization operates as a Level IV Trauma Hospital, benefits from a dedicated Foundation that fuels capital upgrades, and provides patient-focused digital access through PatientConnect to strengthen continuity of care across Eastern Montana.
