Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team supporting the initiation, design, and execution of critical facilities projects. Our team values strong communication, proactive problem solving, and the drive to ensure successful delivery of operational objectives.

Responsibilities:

Support senior staff in the design and delivery of facilities-related projects, including participating in commissioning and start-up activities. Gather user requirements and create technical documentation to guide project execution by third-party firms. Perform engineering assessments, quality walkdowns, and field evaluations of existing facility systems, providing actionable recommendations. Manage change controls, deviations, and CAPAs while supporting inspection readiness and collaborating with the facilities management team.

Required:

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High school diploma/GED and 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree. Experience with facilities management and execution of facilities-related projects. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment. Proactive problem-solving capabilities and commissioning experience.
