HVAC Controls Position Overview:

We are seeking a Building Automation Sales Engineer to support the growth of a regional building controls and energy solutions provider. This role is ideal for someone with a BAS or HVAC controls background who enjoys working with customers and wants to transition into or grow within a technical sales position. You'll combine your field knowledge with consultative sales skills to develop solutions for commercial and institutional facilities. ________________________________________ What You'll Do Develop and maintain relationships with building owners, contractors, and consulting engineers Identify project opportunities for building automation, controls upgrades, and system retrofits Assist in developing scopes of work, budgets, and proposals Review plans and specifications to support estimating efforts Conduct site walks and gather technical information for solution development Present system recommendations and explain technical concepts clearly to customers Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff after award Maintain and grow an active sales pipeline ________________________________________

Preferred Requirements:

2-5+ years of experience in Building Automation, HVAC controls, or mechanical systems Working knowledge of BAS platforms and HVAC system operation Ability to read blueprints, control drawings, and specifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and with a team Interested in hearing more?
