Shift:

Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, Job Description Perform routine maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry. Manage property grounds, ensuring cleanliness and order by handling tasks such as dog waste and trash removal. Respond to work orders promptly, respecting residents' spaces and announcing yourself appropriately. Execute unit turns efficiently when tenants move out, preparing the units for new occupants. Collaborate with a team consisting of leasing agents, maintenance personnel, and a porter to onboard tenants quickly in a newly opened facility. Lead by example and support intense training programs for team members. Experience with property management systems (PMS) and work orders. Additional Skills & Qualifications Skilled in facilities and property maintenance. Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments. Valid Drivers License Why Work Here?
