Project Engineer HVAC

Job Overview Atlas is a privately owned HVAC company with multiple offices on the West Coast. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Engineer with 3 - 5 years experience in HVAC to join our team. This person will play a vital role in ensuring project success by undertaking a diverse range of tasks across the entire project lifecycle. These tasks encompass crucial areas such as materials management, plan preparation, requests for information, data collection and project reporting. This role will provide essential support with multi-million dollar construction projects along with the project manager. We offer a competitive salary and benefit plans. Responsibilities:

Prepare SDS (Safety Data Sheets) binder for field Management/Updating of all drawings for availability: Contract, Shop, BIM, As-Builts RFI tracking and management Submittal processing and tracking Tracking/managing/logging equipment releases and deliveries O&M (Operation & Maintenance) preparation and submittals Office Generated Material & Equipment Request Management Commissioning & Close-out Support Misc other duties

Qualifications :

Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, while working with competing deadlines Coordinate tasks and complete projects with strong attention to detail Strong customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain working relationships Proficient in MS Office, Bluebeam/Adobe, maintain spreadsheets and create reports, SAGE experience a plus HVAC experience a must

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
