Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Facilities Engineer We are seeking an experienced Facilities Engineer to support the maintenance and operations of multiple healthcare facilities. This role is responsible for maintaining building systems, coordinating repairs, and ensuring our facilities remain safe, compliant, and operational.Job Title:

HourlyESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Perform maintenance and repairs for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems Conduct preventative maintenance and regulatory inspections Coordinate and oversee vendors and contractors Support facility improvement projects and repairs Maintain work orders, inspection logs, and maintenance documentation Assist with safety inspections and emergency preparedness efforts All other duties as assignedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of facilities maintenance or plant operations experience Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, generators, and building systems Ability to troubleshoot issues and prioritize repairs Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Must provide own tools required to perform job duties Must have reliable transportation/work truck to travel between multiple facility locations as neededPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in healthcare or multi-site facilities Familiarity with CMS, OSHA, or healthcare compliance standards AAAHC survey/regulatory experience Safety leadership and/or quality improvement experienceCORE RESPONSIBILITIES
