Job Description

Job Summary:

Field Service Engineer (Reno, NV) Responsibilities Execute installation, maintenance, and repair of DDC and BAS controls systems on customer sites. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance. Maintain detailed project documentation and communicate updates to internal teams and customers. Adapt to changing schedules and locations; travel to various client sites as required. Engage in self-directed learning to advance technical expertise and take on increasing responsibility. Uphold strong professional relationships with customers and peers. Required Skills and Experience High School Diploma or GED. Valid driver's license; insurable by company carrier. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, squat, climb, and work at heights above 8 feet. Comfortable using ladders and motorized lifts. Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Skills Degree or technical certificate in HVAC, Controls, or related field. Familiarity with BAS integration and TCP/IP networking. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
