Operations and Maintenance Engineer

We are currently hiring multiple On-Site Operations Assistants to oversee daily mining site operations and undergo training to grow into future On-Site Operations Managers . Responsibilities Mining Operations & Maintenance :

Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mining machines (e.g., Antminer, Whatsminer) to ensure stable equipment operation.

System Monitoring :

Monitor mining system performance, power load, cooling systems, and network stability in real time to maximize operational efficiency.

Data Analysis :

Utilize Excel, SQL, and other tools to analyze mining data, optimize hashrate, power consumption, and mining performance.

Equipment Management :

Coordinate miner repairs, replacements, and spare parts inventory, managing supplier relations and technical support.

Safety & Compliance :

Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) , ensure compliance with operational safety regulations, and improve the overall work environment. Job Requirements ✅

Education :

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Network Engineering , or a related technical field preferred. ✅

Hardware & Equipment :

Experience with computer hardware, servers, data centers, or mining machine operations preferred. ✅

Technical Skills :

Basic proficiency in Linux administration, network management (TCP/IP, VPN) Familiarity with mining hardware, power load calculation, and cooling systems (air/liquid cooling) is a plus Ability to use Excel, SQL for data analysis to optimize mining efficiency Ability to respond quickly to emergency failures and adapt to flexible work schedules, including urgent repairs ✅

Language Skills :

Fluent in English and Chinese ，capable of seamless communication with global and local teams. ✅

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in data center operations, facility management, or large-scale equipment maintenance Holders of electrician licenses, CCNA, or Linux administration certifications (RHCSA / LPIC) will be given priority consideration ✅ Need to relocate, provide accommodation ✅ Provide H1B lottery opportunities
