Full Job Description Description:
Our Facility Management division is powered by a team of dedicated and dependable professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional care and maintenance across our commercial real estate portfolio. With a proactive approach to property maintenance and tenant relations, we ensure our properties not only operate seamlessly but also remain attractive, functional, and profitable investments for our clients. 1. Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety. 2. Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required. 3. Performs scheduled and non-scheduled preventive maintenance 4. Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks. 5. Assists with repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems, roofs, drains, shop cleaning, putting tools in proper places, and repair of doors, hinges, closers, etc. 6. Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps. 7. Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed. 8. Perform routine building and grounds inspections and repairs 9. On-call rotation for off-hours (nights, weekends and holidays) unless ill or on PTO 10. Perform other related duties as assigned. 11. Maintain a great working relationship with all Tenants and co-workers 12. Perform seasonal outside duties as needed (Snow Removal, apply ice melt etc.)
Requirements:
1. Ability to use technology for work order system, email, ESS and training. 2. Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook. 3. Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. 4. Ability to wear all required safety equipment and perform needed task as directed or issued through building work order system 5. Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Valid Oklahoma driver's license with proof of insurance. Requires general knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, fire system devices and air systems. Requires the ability to read and interpret information from blueprints, schematics and diagrams. Requires general knowledge in the use of power and hand tools. Requires basic computer skills.
