Oklahoma City, OK Job Details Full-time $15 - $16 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Property maintenance Residential building maintenance experience Attention to detail Full Job Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role combines light janitorial duties with maintenance tasks to help ensure our facility remains clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and is comfortable handling a variety of routine upkeep responsibilities. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility Conduct light maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and basic plumbing fixes. Report any safety hazards or major maintenance issues to management Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper storage of supplies Qualifications Previous experience in maintenance work preferred Basic knowledge of hand tools and general repair techniques Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to cleanliness and safety standards Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
